Refund & Cancellation Policy

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because your report is produced and made available to you immediately, you agree at checkout that generation may begin at once and that you therefore lose that 14-day right to cancel once generation has started.

If you pay but the report has not yet been generated, you can contact us and we will cancel and refund the payment in full.

• Your report was not delivered, or the report page will not load for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same property report.
• The report is materially wrong about the property details you provided.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from reading or printing the report.

We aim to review every request fairly and on its merits. If something has gone wrong, tell us and we will put it right — by correcting the report or by refunding you.

• The report was delivered and readable, but the findings were not the answer you hoped for. Buildable Home gives an honest early-stage view, including when a project looks difficult.
• The report is early-stage and indicative by design. Costs, timelines, value figures and Planning Risk are estimates, not quotations, valuations or planning decisions, and a different view later from a professional or your council is not itself a fault in the report.
• Incorrect property details were provided to us and the report reflects those details.

Email us with the report reference shown on your report page and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Refunded or charged-back purchases lose access to the report and its PDF.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Buildable Home never sees or stores your card details. Your purchase is a single payment for one property report — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
